Surround sound

Surround sound is the concept of expanding audio playback from 1 dimension – mono Left or Right, to 2D or 3D, in other words, the sound ‘surrounds’ you. This illusion of multi-directional sound is achieved through multiple speaker placement and audio signal processing.
